Controlled demolition in Deilina
The project in Deilina involved the demolition of an old two-storey, flat-roofed building on a corner plot within a densely built neighborhood.
GeoAtlas Karakatsanis carried out a staged, controlled dismantling process, starting from the upper parts of the structure and working methodically downward, ensuring the safety of the site and surrounding buildings. Using suitable machinery and experienced personnel, the structure was broken down and the materials removed, with careful management of debris and minimal disturbance to the surrounding area.
The result was a clean, leveled site, ready for the plot's new use. The photographs show the building's original condition and the final outcome of the demolition.
