Earthworks and Excavation in Potamies
Clearing, excavation and shaping of a large plot next to a rural road, including a new dirt access road.
In Potamies we took on the shaping of a large rural plot with dense vegetation and an old structure, next to a country road. In its initial condition the site could be neither accessed nor used.
GeoAtlas Karakatsanis carried out the land clearing, the required excavation and ground shaping, the formation of slopes and level areas, and the construction of a dirt access road connecting the plot to the road network.
Where needed, unsuitable material was removed and the ground was compacted, providing a stable and safe base while respecting the existing trees and the natural gradients of the site.
The photos show the transition from the densely overgrown plot to the clean, organized and accessible site of the final result.
